Are there any set up fees?
If I have created your website, there are no set-up fees as long as it's within 90 days.
If someone else has created your website, there may be issues with the site's health that will need to be addressed. Therefore, there might be some start-up costs depending on how much TLC your website requires to be healthy again.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and the door will always be open if you decide to come back.
Are there cancellation fees?
Nope! I have a monthly payment plan, and you can back out at any time.
Our maintenance plan includes website hosting, so if you decide that you don't want this service then you would have to set up hosting to keep your website active.
Do you offer just maintenance?
I will offer website maintenance if your hosting company or custom server meets our requirements for properly maintaining and optimizing the site.

What are the dangers of NOT signing up for a maintenance plan?
My maintenance plan is not mandatory but is highly recommended because of the importance of security, optimization, updates, backups, support, etc.
That said, if you choose to forego our website maintenance plan, you're welcome to. You will, in that case, assume complete responsibility for the website updates, security, backups, and other services laid out in this plan by reviewing the LIBABILTY CLAUSE that releases us from any involvement if and when the website is breached, hacked, or performs slowly because of the lack of proper optimization.
Can I join the plan if I originally pass?
Absolutely! If you decide to come back, I'll welcome you back with open arms and make sure your website is cared for.
There may be some setup fees involved if it's been longer than 90 days. This is because there will be some extra cleaning and updating involved, installing our tools, and backup, among other tasks.
Do the content updates minutes roll over into the next month??
No. It expires at the end of each month.
What's included in the monthly allotted time?
In the Professional and Elite plans, you have allotted time that covers updates, additions, or add-ons to your website. For example: changing hours, company information, staff or team members, adding new photos, updating service pages, etc.
The allotted monthly time is for work or updates on the existing website and cannot be used for other projects or a step-by-step website revamp. I'm happy to do these tasks at the discounted rate that you will receive while on our plan.
What if I have changes that will take longer than the time alloted in my plan?
I will always try to do what you need in the time that you require. If this isn't possible I can give you a quote with the discounted rate that you'll receive while on the plan.
What if pass on the plan and my site gets hacked or breached?
In this case, you are welcome to handle it in-house by reaching out to our preferred malware and blacklist removal specialists Sucuri.
If you would like us to take care of this for you, I will have a site cleaning fee. Please CONTACT ME HERE for a free assessment.
Depending on the type of hack or breach and how long the site has been compromised, SEO rankings can take weeks or even months to resolve, and in some cases might require extra work.
** Note ** I do not fix website hacks unless the site will be added to our plan.
What if the site gets hacked or breached while on the plan?
Preventative care is an important part of my website care plan, and I make every effort to prevent anything from happening. In the unlikely event that something should happen, I'm ready to assist and restore as needed.
I cannot guarantee that your website will not be hacked, but I can promise to do all that I can to protect and restore it.
You will not have to do a thing.
Do you offer price breaks for multiple sites?
Yes! If you choose to have us host and maintain additional sites under your account, you'll get a 30% discount for every additional site added.
