Discovery
Getting to know each other is an essential part of any successful partnership. That's why, at the outset of our work together, we will have a meeting to discuss your project, goals, and challenges.
Design
Following your discovery call, we develop a strategy to achieve your goals and maintain your branding image. Your copy and assets are gathered and you maintain full control of every step as we do the hard stuff.
Launch
Once the website build is complete and launched, the fun begins. Ongoing monthly support ensures that the website remains up-to-date and is kept secure and operating optimally.
Your Questions Answered
How much does a website cost?
This is a tough question to answer. It's like asking: "How much does a car cost?" The answer is, "It depends".
There's a vast difference between an informative 5-page website, an e-commerce website with payment processors, one that contains 10 products, one that contains hundreds of products, or maybe even includes some online courses, or booking capability.
Before I can give you a price for your website I need to know the scope of work that would be involved. The price will include my time to create the website as well as any plugins that will be required.

How long will this take?
A website can take anywhere from four weeks to several months to complete, depending on time constraints, how quickly I can get the content, and how quickly the client can review and approve pages of the website.
The client can speed up the processes by making the website a priority.
What will you need from me?
Once a service contract is signed, I will send you some information about my process and all the information I would need from you.
Here is a snapshot of the type of information that I would require:
- Your logo files.
- Any login information for your current website, domain, and hosting (if already in place).
- Branding style guide, colours, or any special graphics.
- Any images that you would like to use (If necessary I can also assist with finding suitable stock images).
- You can either write your own text or I can hire someone to assist. The choice is yours.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. I provide a training session after your website is completed so you can step in and maintain your website yourself.
